We are your 24 HOUR, NO CONTRACT GYM. We are locally owned and operated. All memberships include free tanning and sauna access. Conveniently located at 1553 W Grant, across from Ace Hardware and next to Tompkin Motors. This location does NOT have semi-tractor parking.

Our main floor has an excellent selection of new and classic pieces to optimize your workout potential.
Pin Loaded and Cardio Areas
Our Leg Room has top of the line pin loaded equipment. We offer an excellent assortment of Cardio equipment, including treadmills, elipticals, seated rowing machine and stair climber.
Tanning, Dry Sauna and Showers
Our Pauls Valley location has 2 tanning beds (must be 18 to use) and a dry sauna (must be 18 to use) to complete your workout. When you are done with your workout, we also offer 4 bathrooms, 2 with showers.
